Comfort Suites Greensboro - High Point

I called the front desk and spoke with the manager on duty after I got home. She checked the bill and found they'd gone back and changed the room rate for my first two nights. I'd originally paid for a two-night stay, then extended it by one night after talking with the front desk because of the weather. I was charged almost double for those days. The manager said she'd refund the overpayment to my credit card and email me, but neither happened.

We appreciated the help finding an accessible room on short notice, especially since the hotel was nearly full. We'd stopped there after a nearby competitor failed to honor a reservation we'd made two months earlier. The room was spacious and clean, the beds were comfortable, and breakfast was good. The coffee was fresh and a good blend, and watching airplanes come and go from the nearby airport was free entertainment. There was a repetitive vibrating mechanical noise in the bathroom ductwork, apparently connected with the exhaust. Aside from that, it was moderately quiet despite how busy the place was. We'd definitely stay again, maybe with more planning ahead.

We spent a week there in November 2025 and won't likely return on our frequent trips to the area. We were told at check-in that housekeeping would come every other day, but service didn't happen until day four. Towels and toilet paper were never sufficient, and the desk clerk was very rude to my wife when we asked for more. Virtually all the staff seemed to have difficulty with English. We also killed and disposed of six ladybugs in our room.

The rooms were spotless and well cared for, and the service was excellent. I found the stay clean, comfortable, and a great value for the price. One of the best hotels in the area, highly recommend it!
