Hilton Garden Inn Greensboro

There’s plenty of shopping within a 5 minute drive, and several delicious restaurants are just as close. The hotel is right by the interstate, so it’s an easy spot to get around Greensboro from. A convention brought in a lot of kids while I was there, but it didn’t take away from my stay. The front desk hosts are the best I’ve come across in the Hilton chain. They were always available and helpful, and their upbeat personalities were a nice welcome back after long workdays. I didn’t catch everyone’s name, but Fred was especially helpful. Thanks to all of you. I’ll be back.

The staff made the biggest impression on me. Everyone I met went out of their way to make guests feel welcome and comfortable. Even the little things, like complimentary water bottles and a personalized welcome note, meant a lot. Kelly was the best. My room was spotless and nicely decorated, with luxurious-feeling linens and an unbelievably comfortable bed. I arrived at Hilton Inn to a warm welcome, and check-in was quick and easy thanks to the friendly, efficient front desk staff. The pool area was relaxing and well maintained, and the fitness center had plenty of equipment. The restaurant served delicious freshly prepared meals, and I especially liked the breakfast buffet, from the fresh fruit to the omelets made to order. The location also made it easy to explore the area. I’ll definitely return and recommend Hilton Inn to anyone visiting Winston Salem. Thanks to the whole team for a memorable stay!

Tim is the main man. He recommended the whiskey soy BBQ wings, and they were absolutely delicious. He made sure everything was right. This was my first time eating at the Hilton, but I’ll eat here again on my next trip in April. My Hilton family came through with honors again: Tim, Freddy, Chris & Chris, Raul, Jessy, J, C, and Olga, Viridian and Elizabeth's. It feels like home away from home.

The rooms were well kept and had everything I needed, and breakfast was efficient, with nice, helpful staff. It was an excellent stay compared with other hotels I’ve been to lately. Kelly and John helped me check in. They noticed I was alone and struggling with my bags, so they offered to carry them from my car. They were so sweet and welcoming, made sure I had what I needed, and answered all my questions. Whenever I saw them, whatever the time or day, they were smiling and happy. Thanks to both of them at the front for making me feel welcome.
