At checkout, I was told my total would be $30, but I was later charged $50 without an explanation or authorization for the extra amount. I was also charged additional fees for ordinary use of towels, washcloths, sheets, and bedding, which are basic room items. I believe these charges, especially without clear disclosure, are misleading and unacceptable. I want my deposit refunded and the charges formally reviewed. The room's cleanliness and air quality concerned me. The A/C unit looked unclean, and I felt discomfort that I believe may have been related to the room's condition. Noise from other guests continued through the night and made it hard to rest. Staff professionalism was inconsistent, and I don't feel my concerns were handled appropriately. IKEA AND ARLETTA were involved, and Manager-KENNY B was named. I am asking for an internal investigation into the property's policies, cleanliness standards, and management practices. If I don't hear back within 24 hours, I will escalate the matter by filing complaints with consumer protection agencies, the local health department, and other appropriate authorities. Please save your money and go elsewhere. Somebody needs to investigate this hotel.

I won't book here again. Housekeeping kept knocking even after I'd extended my stay, and the staff had no customer service. They told me to leave because my reservation was under another name. When they gave me attitude, I responded the same way, and then they asked me to leave. The staff were terrible, mainly the black girl with dreads who works there. I'd give them zero stars if I could.

The Black lady at the front desk and the lead maid or maid manager were exceptional. Beyond them, the place was trash. Amanda charges for everything, apparently to make sure you don't get your deposit back, and there were hidden charges after checkout. We were charged for an extra comforter we never received and for normal use of towels and washcloths. I've never been charged for that at another hotel. If you have a pet, it feels like they'll do anything to keep your deposit. They watch you 24/7, and management doesn't seem to be run properly. They charge unfairly, and whatever they say goes. I'd avoid staying here. Get a room check as soon as you check out so they can't tack on extra fees afterward.

Room 109, checked in after 8 pm on 10/30/2025. I left at 9:30pm, less than two hours after arriving, and would like a full refund. The room looked clean at first, but roaches were crawling around. I killed one on the wall, saw another in the sink, and found a dead one under the kitchen table chair. The third was the last straw. I went to the front desk to check out and waited, but nobody came. I called through the phone service and let it ring for a long time without an answer. I left the keys on the desk and checked out. As a hotel manager myself, I know the hassle involved in complaining, so I was willing to overlook the first two roaches and hope one night would be okay. People seemed to live there rather than be travelers, and I can see how the roaches might be deep in the walls.
