The next morning, the head manager was kind and refunded our money, saying we should have been moved. That was the one good thing about the place. My sister and I had returned to our room and found stains on the bed covers and sheets, bugs, and trash under the bed. We told the night crew, who were rude and had no spare covers, and they wouldn't move us. It was a horrible experience, and we didn't deserve to be treated that way.

The housekeepers have been great with me, always checking if I need anything and asking how my morning is going. Even when my little dog barks or growls, they let him smell their hands and stay helpful. Robin at the front desk has also made a huge difference. She takes time to understand each guest's situation, and her help and heart for the people staying here are why I extended my stay. She works incredibly hard and goes out of her way for everyone. This Red Roof is the best place I've stayed, and I'll recommend it to anyone who needs somewhere to stay.

The room was comfortable and clean, just as expected. Breakfast is served in the morning, and Kea kept the area clean and made sure I had plenty to eat. I'd recommend it, 10/10 experience.
