Jean and Herbie were such great hosts, and even helped when I realized I’d left my toothpaste behind. The guest house was neat, clean, peaceful, and quiet, with thoughtful little touches. I skipped breakfast this time because sleep won out, but I’ll try it next visit. What a gem, and such excellent hospitality. Thanks so much, Jean and Herbie!

The bathroom had crickets in the shower and sink, and a shower curtain separated it from the room, so there wasn’t much privacy. The TV ran on some kind of antenna and the channels kept cutting in and out. Check-in was difficult and the place was hard to find. The A/C took a long time to cool the room, and breakfast wasn’t included in the bed and breakfast price, it cost an extra $10.

Jean’s breakfasts were amazing, and her suggestions for places to visit were stellar. She was also really interesting to talk to and a wonderful host. The location is close to downtown but still feels secluded. This place is a gem. When we’re in the area, we won’t stay anywhere else. Highly recommend.

Jean was so helpful and hospitable, and she’s a great cook. My wife and I were very happy with our first B&B stay. The rooms and bathrooms were clean, the room was spacious, and the neighborhood was quiet. We could come and go as we pleased without anyone bothering us. Breakfast was served when we requested it. We’d definitely recommend staying here. Thank you, Jean!

Jean Dailey was a friendly, welcoming innkeeper, and breakfast was delicious with something different each day. It was a light, organic start to the morning, and she kindly accommodated my gluten intolerance. The room and bathroom were pleasant and very clean. We enjoyed meeting people and even made a new friend during our stay. We’d gladly return when traveling through and recommend the place to anyone.
