April 2026 The room itself was fine, with a sink outside the bathroom, a fridge and microwave, and two tables, one for a desk and one that seemed meant for dining. The TV had no remote, and the old AC had twist knobs. Breakfast included waffles you make yourself, oatmeal, toast and bagels, yogurt, biscuits and gravy, juice, and coffee. I was here for work with a coworker. The stay was decent, but the layout takes some planning: the hotel stretches a long way, and the front desk is at one end. I'd check in and find the room before bringing luggage in, so you can drive to a nearer entrance. As far as I could tell, there are no elevators, which makes it difficult for wheelchair users or anyone using a mobility aid. I was concerned that the outside doors apparently weren't locked. Anyone could enter through the side doors without a key, even though they have keycard readers that seemingly aren't in use. The fitness center was locked, and staff said it was out of order while they waited for parts. That's disappointing after hours of driving, when it would be nice to exercise and move around. The area seemed fairly safe, so I walked laps in the parking lot instead. It's a busy area, so plan for traffic. There are nearby places to eat, including Starbucks, Subway, Taco Bell, and others.

The room was comfortable enough, especially after a long day. Breakfast the next morning was another story: stale bread and bagels, some yogurt, and one old, wrinkled apple. As a truck driver, I can't just pull in anywhere for a bite, and the advertised breakfast was part of why I chose this place. By morning, they'd already got the money from the previous day's receipts, right? Update, 1/21/26: Your email asked me to give the place another chance, so I did. I'm in one of your rooms now and planned to share some pictures. I expected to update my review with something better than before, but this stay is much worse, and I just got here. Empty apologies.

We had no trouble getting in and out with our camper, thanks to the spot by a traffic light just off the interstate. There was plenty of parking for cars, trucks, and semis with long trailers, and delivery food was easy to get. The receptionist was courteous and efficient. The clean, roomy rooms worked well for an overnight stay. Some of the building is aging, and there were minor maintenance issues like a slow drain and missing caulk, but none affected our sleep or stay. Breakfast in a nicely placed dining area had waffles, bagels, cereal, and yogurt. For travelers watching their budget, it's well worth staying here. It's no Ritz, but it did the job.

The staff were friendly, the beds were clean, and breakfast was fine. But in daylight the next morning, the building's condition was a shock. It badly needs updating. The carpet in our room was so gross that I wouldn't walk on it barefoot, and the tub was in such decrepit shape that we skipped the shower, even though we were only a few hours from home. We settled for a quick face, pits, and privates wash. The facilities were clean, but... if we'd seen the place before booking, we probably would've gone somewhere else. It was dark when we checked in.
