I struggled in the heat all day to come up with the money for a room, and it took all the money I had. After someone stopped by briefly to bring food, the office called as soon as he walked through my door and told me I had to leave because visitors aren’t allowed. I’d only been there a few hours, and they wouldn’t refund me. They put me out on the street with my cat.

The rooms are really bad, and the bathroom was awful. It might be okay for one night, but I’d drive about a mile farther to Motel 6 or Express Inn. You can’t walk your dog on the grass or sidewalk, and have to go way outside by a dumpster instead. We saw a snake there. The wife gets dramatic when she sees your dog, acting scared of my 15 lbs Shih-Tzu. They also don’t want to give you clean towels in the evening if you need them. Paying with a debit card adds $15.

There’s a mini fridge and coffee maker in the room, ice at the front office, and a coke machine. The rooms were clean, and the motel was really quiet and peaceful. Good prices, too.

The room was spacious, clean, and a good value, with a very comfortable bed, microwave, coffee maker, and fridge. It was easy to get to I-30 and Hwy 69, and the area seemed safe. I’d definitely stay again.
