Knights Inn Greenville, NC

I used to stay here for years, back when it was a nice motel, so I don’t know how it got this bad. There are dirty rooms, roaches, and in some rooms the heat doesn’t work. Other guests are loud and coming and going. I canceled after seeing customers who looked homeless follow me into the office, and I never got my refund. For what people used to expect from a cheap place, the prices have gone up when they should have stayed low.

I paid ahead for a week, but my apartment became available several days early, and management wouldn’t refund any of the payment after my early checkout. I lost $240. Maybe you get what you pay for, but I didn’t expect an infestation. I tried three different rooms, and all had German roaches and weren’t cleaned well. In two of them, barely any water came from the shower head, no matter how high I turned it.

Staff were very rude, and nothing seemed organized or clean. There’s a bad roach problem even if you keep things clean yourself. Rooms don’t get cleaned unless you practically ask them for a broom.

I’ve been here for an extended stay and find it comfortable, with spacious rooms and a quiet setting. The beds are really comfortable too. Weekly rates are especially affordable, and the daily price is reasonable as well. The front desk staff are welcoming and friendly, and they always check that everything is okay. I recommend Knights Inn Greenville NC. I love this motel, thanks for being so wonderful!
