The day manager was nice, and our room was clean and neat. But people were making noise all night, with doors banging and screaming. I think some may live there for extended periods. They moved us to another floor, but it was still loud and ridiculous, with kids screaming through the night. We had to get up early to travel home. Very disappointing, and I'd never stay here again.

My room was the dirtiest hotel room I've ever seen. The TV had some kind of white splatter on it, the remote felt sticky like it had soda on it, there were hairs in the clean towels, and the bed had stains. The peephole was broken, and two random people tried to get into my room during my two-night stay. The whole hotel, from the lobby to the rooms, smelled like weed. After the last place I stayed, I didn't think hotels could get worse, but Microtel Inn in Greenville raised the bar.

I booked the room for my daughter and her fiancé from 12-21-25 to 12-26-25, and now some of her belongings are missing. No one was supposed to go into the room. Be careful, they steal. My daughter even left candy and treats for the housekeeper. Be careful of the housekeepers! The room also wasn't as advertised. There was no microwave, the bed wasn't stable and sat on a cheap spring, and the hallways smelled of weed. If you only need somewhere to nap and have no personal belongings with you, maybe. But not for an enjoyable stay.

My company booked this place for me after I was snowed in in greenville NC, so I didn't choose it. I walked in and smelled marijuana right away. People I thought were drug addicts were hanging out in the lobby, loud music was playing, and random people tried to get into my room. It felt sketchy, and I didn't feel safe. I tried to lock the door, but there was no lock, so after seeing the room I left. No apology, no refund, and no follow-up call. It was a horrible experience, and I'll make sure this never happens to me again.

I've stayed here for the last three Christmases, but this visit was terrible. People I described as junkies were walking around the building all night. The hospitality worker was extremely rude and called me stupid. She was the nastiest person I've ever had to deal with, and working in hospitality while being so unpleasant makes no sense to me. I told the staff, and all they said was that she was mean. That's no excuse. This is the last time I'll spend Christmas here.
