Staybridge Suites Greenville Medical Center by IHG

We’d booked another nearby hotel, but left because of concerns about cleanliness and safety, and wound up here instead. The whole property was clean, and the woman working the desk at check-in was so kind and helpful. Breakfast had a great selection, and our spacious room was clean and stocked with more than we needed. It was a fantastic stay. I’d absolutely recommend it and come back.

The hotel felt safe and sanitized, and everyone was welcoming. Our huge, clean room fit the family perfectly, and the staff provided amazing service. The location was great too. We had an amazing stay!

The rooms were gorgeous, fairly new and very comfortable. I usually sleep poorly in hotels and feel uneasy in bathrooms, but both felt secure and comfortable here. The apartment style also meant great amenities. The front desk and room service responded quickly. I’d definitely return if I’m back in the area, though I’d plan around the possibility of a late check-in. We stayed one night for an ECU visit in a two-room, two-bath suite with a living room and kitchenette. There were minor stains on the bedding and in the bathroom. Staff were not very accommodating about the room being ready: it was 2.5 hours late, though since we arrived at 5 for a 3 o’clock check-in, we only waited 30 minutes. They said we could extend checkout because of the delay, but didn’t tell the cleaning staff.

After a small check-in hiccup, everything went smoothly. The rooms were spacious and well kept, and everyone I encountered was kind and courteous. Veronica at the front desk and Latanya in housekeeping gave Staybridge customer service a special touch. The complimentary breakfast and coffee were delicious. I highly recommend this location.
