The rooms are surprisingly soundproof. Any noise we’ve heard has usually come through the gap under a door, and it hasn’t been much. Because of choices I made in the past, I need to stay here for an extended time. Some rooms need updating, and they’re working on that. A new manager, Oki, started just as I did, and she and her team are clearly always trying to improve the property and the guest experience. They don’t tolerate much nonsense, and issues I’ve seen during my five months here have been dealt with quickly. Oki and the whole staff have gone out of their way to help. Special thanks to Terrell, Bernie, and Mike. They look out for everyone, but have made me feel like extended family. They care about what I’m going through and make sure I have what I need, not just because it’s their job.

Booking was easy, and the room was just right, clean, welcoming, and had everything we needed. Big thanks to both Bernadette and Mike for making our vacation such a great experience. The location is spot on, near good places to eat and not too far from the aquarium and museum. I loved it and would happily recommend the place. Looking forward to our next vacation. Happy holidays.💕

The front desk is consistently helpful and attentive to guests. The service here has been phenomenal compared with a lot of hotels I’ve stayed in. It’s also in a great location, about 25 minutes from downtown, which works well for travelers new to the state.

The location is beautiful and the staff were awesome, thank god for them. But the rooms were awful, with roaches and other problems. The manager told me she’d only taken over the property a week earlier, so I hope she can improve it. As things stand, it’s way too dirty to recommend. I couldn’t stay even one night. The place has potential because of where it is, and I wish it the best, but it needs a complete remodel. The guests haven’t treated it well either.

Customer service was amazing. They listened, let me check in a little early, worked with me, and paid close attention to what I needed. The location is great. Terrell is AMAZING, and Oakie has a beautiful spirit. They provide wonderful service!
