Quality Inn & Suites Lincoln South

I paid $75 a night with taxes, and the room turned out much nicer and cleaner than I expected. I felt safe staying overnight, and there was plenty of parking in a quiet setting. I didn't use any of the room amenities. Google Maps made the place hard to find, though the extra driving was worth it. That's why I didn't give it all fives. There's a bar and grill next door, but food options are limited if you don't want to pay $20 for a burger. It's a reasonable choice if you want a clean, quiet room at a lower rate.

I won't stay at this location again, especially with a State Penitentiary Prison across the way. The front desk was rude and didn't answer my questions. I asked about a vending machine and was offered two waters for a charge, without being told whether there even was a machine. The sheets felt rough and itchy, and there were roaches in the room. I wasn't told whether breakfast was available, and the TV had sound on some channels but no picture. I couldn't get information about anything I asked.

The management did what they could with an older building across from a federal penitentiary. Our German Shepherd, though, stayed on high alert the entire time we were there.

Matty at the desk was friendly and efficient, and breakfast was delicious. The whole hotel was neat and clean. We'll stay there again next time.
