The room, pool, and gym were all clean, and there are shops and plenty of restaurants within about five minutes. We had a big group here for two nights, around 40 kids and 30 adults, so things got pretty wild. The staff stayed patient and kind even when the kids were just being kids. After I left my keys behind, manager Durand went out of his way after a long workday to mail them back to Michigan. Breakfast was pretty typical for Hilton, but the service made this one of the most welcoming places I’ve stayed.

The Queen suite felt homey, with roomy space for luggage and a kitchenette, and I really liked the room decor. They also provide nice hygiene products that helped us feel fresh in the heat. The front desk staff were kind, housekeeping was respectful and kept the hotel clean, and security was on site in the evenings and overnight, which made us feel safe. It’s a comfortable option for families, vacationers, and people working or traveling through the area. Thanks to everyone for the kind, safe service.

The front desk staff were very good, but breakfast was the worst we’ve ever had. It was barely after 8 and they were already out of nearly everything. What was left was ice cold, and the employees didn’t seem very concerned about replenishing it. I know breakfast is complimentary, but it’s one of the reasons people choose Hilton hotels.

Breakfast had a great selection. The room was great too, with all the basics for hygiene, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion.

There are plenty of restaurants to pick from nearby, and the hotel is conveniently located near Columbus. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the conveniences and amenities worked well for us. Home2 Suites is a good fit for business travelers or families and offers good value for a comfortable stay.
