Breakfast was just okay, though the staff were nice. It’s a basic, inexpensive place to sleep, good if you’d rather spend your money on fun things. The hotel could use renovations and upgrades. The hot tub worked and was hot enough about half the nights we stayed, but we had to ask the office to unlock its room because our keys wouldn’t work.

Wi-Fi was extremely limited and dropped several times an hour. The dog area was frozen over, though there were bags. The heater struggled, but the fridge worked, with no freezer, and there were basic towels and accessories. The bed was comfortable, but the sheets were stained. Staff were friendly and booking and check-in were easy. It’s near the Gunnison airport and river access, as well as Gunnison coffee shop on the way through town.

Good value, with a clean room, good breakfast, and friendly, helpful people. It’s actually dog-friendly, too. I’ll stay again.

The price was surprisingly affordable, and the room was comfortable and clean. Front desk staff were really nice and helpful, and breakfast offered a great selection of fresh options. Excellent value, I’d definitely stay here again.
