The rooms are so fancy, with a dishwasher, refrigerator, dishes, and a pull-out table! The three people we spoke with at the front desk were all really kind, and we even got a text saying to ask if we needed anything. I stayed here for Valentine’s weekend, my first with my fiancé 🥰, and maybe this lovely place will become a tradition. We had a first-floor room and hardly heard anything overhead, just the occasional door slam. They’re heavy, and I accidentally slammed one a few times myself, lol. I didn’t get to use the gym or pool, but we did have some of the free breakfast. It’s pretty yummy if you can get there before all the other hungry guests 😆. I’ll definitely book here whenever I want a room in Hagerstown. 10/10, one of the best spots around, and I definitely recommend it.

Traveling with our dogs was easy, with lots of places to walk around the hotel. We were also pleased by how quiet it was, and the hotel was very clean, with fantastic elevators. It’s conveniently just off the highway, and there were plenty of dinner options nearby. Next time we’ll remember they have an indoor pool!

We stayed for several days while a family member recovered after being in the hospital. The staff were amazing, and the suite’s kitchenette had everything we needed. Roll-away dining tables and lots of seating made it comfortable when visitors came by. It’s handy for shopping, coffee, and restaurants, and the breakfast was great, with a wide range of tasty choices.

I spent 28 days here, from October 12th to November 9th, on a business assignment for Amazon, working with XAB4 - Ryder Integrated Logistics in Chambersburg, PA. This is definitely a 4/5-star hotel, and the location couldn’t be better, near the mall, stores, major and local restaurants, and grocery stores. Room 413 was superb for both work and personal needs, with plenty of space. The kitchenette had a stainless steel dishwasher and refrigerator, a professional microwave, small appliances, and dishes. There was lots of counter, wall, and closet space, plus an office area with plenty of room for laptops and documents. The bathroom was spacious and had lots of places to put personal items. The king bed was perfect, and there was a nice-sized loveseat with an ottoman for guests. The TV was a decent size, but didn’t offer many entertainment apps, so bring your Roku or Fire TV Stick. The receptionists and housekeepers provided top-level hospitality and service. Everyone at reception whom I met was friendly, helpful, and professional. My one service issue was housekeeping knocking very early, even with my do not disturb sign on the door. Otherwise, the housekeeping manager and her team were fast and efficient, and I always came back to a spotless room. The free breakfast was alright. My team always ate after work as soon as it opened. They should work on the French toast, or try French toast sticks in the future.
