The weather was cold and rainy the whole time, so we mostly stayed in and watched the angry waves. That was fun in its own way, and I'd love to come back in summer to enjoy Hampton Beach. Our little suite was cute, clean, and modern, with beach vibes. Nothing was wrong with the room. I just wish it had a water heater for tea. We used the coffee maker, but the tea picked up a faint coffee taste.

The fireworks on Wednesday evenings look great from this beautiful hotel overlooking Hampton Beach. It's also just a short walk to the beach.

Falling asleep to the waves was lovely, and we're already looking forward to coming back. The staff were so friendly, the rooms were spotless, and the ocean views were stunning. Atlantic Breeze Suites made for a perfect beachside getaway.

Flamingo Coffee Bar is worth a visit, and Flag hill wine tasting in Lee NH is about a 30 minute drive. Walmart, a supermarket, and places to eat are around 12 minutes away. We came in April, when some shops were closed but plenty were open. The room could've been a little cleaner, though I'm picky and a clean freak. The location is great, right in front of the ocean and on the hampton beach strip. We spent my fiancé's birthday here. Smoking isn't allowed in the room or on the balcony.

We booked at the last minute, and this family owned hotel made us feel at home. The rooms were very clean, with a large bathroom and a comfortable living room. The sleeper couch was comfortable too, and they had all the beach necessities available to use for free. I've stayed in Hampton throughout my life, and this was one of my best stays. It's at the end of the beach in a beautiful area, and it was quiet at night.
