The Hotel at Arundel Preserve

The front desk team were all great, especially Mervat Ghonim. Her warm greetings and offers to help made the stay feel even nicer. Our room was beautifully decorated and had an iron and ironing board, a hairdryer, and a mini fridge. We needed somewhere to keep our ice packs frozen since the room fridge couldn't do that, and the staff downstairs happily looked after them. We loved staying here.

The room was spotless, the service was great, and there was plenty nearby. The main drawback is how much sound travels through the hallway door. You hear people outside, and they can hear you too. If noise bothers you, it may be worth asking for a room away from the elevator and other guests.

I haven’t stayed overnight yet, but the place is so well run and maintained that I’m confident a night here would live up to the rest. The Mexican and American restaurants both serve top-notch food and drinks. The staff are great too. Tim, the bartender at Grillfire, deserves a mention, as does Mercer, the front desk manager. Mercer’s wonderful smile makes guests feel welcome right away.

The location is great, near a huge mall and the airport, and the price felt well worth it. The hotel itself was comfortable and very nice. Housekeeping were friendly, helpful, and attentive to details. There were a couple of small drawbacks for me: the pillows were so thick they bothered my neck, and I prefer carpet to laminate, which makes noises echo. The walls block outside noise well and keep room-to-room sounds limited, but hallway noise carries into the room quite a bit.
