Late night travel can be exhausting, but Clarence at the night desk made check-in easy and put me at ease. He was welcoming, calm, attentive, patient, and courteous, with a level of service that really stood out. Professional and genuinely kind, he made a lasting impression. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, but it’s the exceptional staff who make a stay memorable. Clarence represents the best of hospitality. If you stay at Sonesta Select Atlanta North, you’re in good hands, especially if you get to meet him. I’d absolutely stay again and highly recommend it.

Mr. Desmond handled our reservation problem with patience, sincerity, kindness, and real professionalism. He treated us with respect and care, and used every resource available to help. His assistance turned what could’ve been frustrating into an amazing stay, and we felt valued and looked after from beginning to end. He should be running Customer Relations at the corporate level. He clearly understands hospitality and guest service, and represents the brand at the highest level. We’re grateful and would gladly return because of the experience he created.

The rooms were clean and had a nice view of the pool. The hotel is close to the airport, and the staff were friendly and accommodating, especially Mr. Matthew. My two issues were that there was no actual restaurant, even though it definitely seems like there are two, and the pool stayed closed all weekend despite it being well over 80°. It wasn’t due to open until the following week.

Desmond was an absolute delight, professional and such a sweetheart. The stay was pleasant, and I’d book again. It’s very close to the airport, with plenty of places to eat and bars nearby. There’s also a small shopping plaza about 8 minutes away with Walmart, Rainbow, a Shoe Show, a nail salon, and a few other things. I had trouble getting clean linen because the staff were behind on laundry. There were also a couple of minor cleaning issues, including stains on the bathroom wall that a quick wipe could have removed.
