I didn't feel safe in the room I was given, so I booked another reservation with points but didn't stay. The manager wouldn't return the 7,500 points to my account. Earlier, I asked for non-smoking rooms, but the manager kept trying to put me in smoking rooms. The beds were comfortable, though the hallways smelled like urine and the building felt unsafe. The manager also refused to honor the rate I booked online and wanted to make up a different price. When my key was deactivated because I accidentally left it by my phone, I had to pay $2 to reactivate it. Management was very disrespectful.

My key stopped working after I left for the day, even though I'd paid for two nights. At the desk, the man insisted I'd only paid for one, and my things had been removed from the room and put in a laundry room. I was furious that they went through my belongings. Eventually he gave me a different room and had someone help me retrieve everything. I also saw three police cars in the lot, with officers searching a man who was face down on one of the cars. The property was covered in trash, the grass hadn't been cut in a while, and there were sketchy-looking people around the building and parking lot. The lock on the door leading to the rooms was broken, so anyone could walk in. The place looked nothing like its website pictures, and I didn't feel safe. I wouldn't recommend staying here. Stay at your own risk.

I struggled to sleep because I was afraid someone might get into my room, and the awful smell gave me a headache. The room wasn't clean and reeked of cigarettes. The towels were dirty, and I'm not sure the bedding had been washed. Cockroaches were around, the walls were filthy, and the hallway windows had no glass. This was nowhere to get a peaceful night's sleep. 😫😫😫 That place was horrible. Don't let the pictures fool you.

We contacted the motel about our refund starting April 8, but they keep passing the buck, and we still can't get the manager, Miss Patel, to contact us. At the desk, sunny said we'd get a refund once Priceline called and that he'd tell them we hadn't stayed. The room was filthy: blood on the sheets, an unclean toilet and shower, and a wooden board holding the sliding glass door closed. The toilet paper holders were falling off, and a beach towel had been draped over a couch to hide cheap plastic coming apart. I wasn't sure the bedding was clean either.
