Parking was plentiful, and finding the conference room was easy. I had a fantastic time at the AI workshop boot camp with IBCC and would give the venue five stars. The room for the conference was bright, clean, airy, and comfortable for everyone. They also provided water, which we appreciated. Staff were friendly and professional, and I liked the coffee bar in the lobby and the snack area for a quick bite.

When we checked in, the front desk was very helpful and switched our room so my friend could breathe better with her allergies. The nighttime staff weren’t much help with a problem we had with the sliding door, and basically brushed us off. Luckily, after a lot of maneuvering, we got it working.

I’m glad we chose this place for our two-night stay. The beds were really comfortable, and the small gym had everything I needed. The desk staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast team did a great job.

Ms. Vicky made our mornings better during our time at the hotel. She handles breakfast five days a week with a friendly smile, keeps the food stocked and at the right temperatures, and leaves the area clean and presentable. She’s a real asset to the company. Thank you for all your hard work.
