Homewood Suites by Hilton Harlingen

I left a bag with my wallet, cash, jewelry, and other valuables behind, and the staff mailed everything back to me. That says a lot about how honest and friendly they are, and management was responsive too. Jacob was professional and on top of things during my Christmas stay, and Naomi and Carolina were great as well. I’ll stay here whenever I’m in The Valley.

Irene made the hotel feel welcoming and well organized. She’s been friendly, professional, patient, and very helpful every time I’ve dealt with her. When I needed more nights, she explained the choices clearly and arranged for me to keep my room without any hassle. She’s a real asset to the place.

The rooms were very clean, and the room service staff were the kindest I’ve come across in hundreds of hotel stays. I did have a problem with mold in the AC. It took several requests before maintenance worked on it, and afterward the unit stopped blowing cold air altogether. The walls seem thin too, so noisy neighbors may be easy to hear.

We held an event in the Meeting Room at Homewood Suites In Harlingen, and choosing it was a great decision. The staff were wonderful, made planning easy and efficient, and worked well with the vendors. Guests who stayed there for the event were impressed too. Thank you all.
