Since Jimmy took over as manager, this place has changed a lot for the better. Most of the rooms have been remodeled, and the beds and pillows are really comfortable. His staff goes out of their way to meet your needs and make sure the accommodations are up to your standards. The Quality Inn is just south of I-40 on South Roane Street in Harriman, TN. Stop in for a quiet night and a good rest.

We returned after having such a good stay a couple of weeks ago. The staff are friendly, and the beds are very comfortable. Some of the appearance could use improvement, but it didn’t take away from our comfort. We’ll come back next time we’re in the area.

A safe spot with clean rooms, great staff, and restaurants nearby. There’s parking for trucks and hotshot drivers too. I’ll stay here more often when I’m in the area.

The room was clean, and the bed made for a comfortable, much-needed night's sleep. The A/C and heat both worked perfectly, which was a real plus in the cold weather.

For an older motel, the room was dated but clearly well cared for. The price was great, the parking lot was well lit, and the bed was comfortable. The towels were soft and actually dried you off, and the A/C seemed new. It was just what we needed for one night.
