A great spot for a mountain getaway. We loved seeing the orange Tabby cat who lives on the property, and the Magnolia Cottage was clean and well maintained when we arrived. The hosts even had it ready a couple of hours early. Great features and location.

Anna and Jesse were first-rate hosts, and the service was wonderful. We stayed for weeks while our new showroom was being built in Harrisonburg, and the Inn was very convenient to it. The room was beautiful and comfortable. The old house has charming quirks, and they’ve done a lovely job with the beautiful structure and grounds.

The cottages felt inviting, and you can tell the owners care about guests. They’re locally owned, cozy, clean, and much better than a hotel. The bed was incredibly comfortable, too. I’d give it ten stars if I could.

We got a last-minute chance to get away for a night and called at 2:00 in the afternoon. Anna got the River Birch cabin ready for us. We arrived to a sweet welcome message and a gorgeous space that felt carefully put together. We can’t wait to come back!

I stayed in a studio with my dog, and it was lovely and peaceful. It had thoughtful decor, enough room for one or two people, a comfortable bed, and a huge shower. The studios are separated by a hallway, so there are no shared walls, which was nice. It was such a great deal that I may never find another place this nice at that price. I could live there. Highly recommend!
