Ines gave us a lovely, warm welcome after our long drive, and the lobby was inviting and nicely decorated. The Christmas decorations looked pretty, though I wish Thanksgiving hadn’t been skipped over as if it didn’t exist. Our room seemed clean and had what we needed. The shower had just the right temperature and pressure, but there was an unpleasant smell when we walked in, possibly from bathroom drains that need cleaning. The desk and chair could use replacing, and the bedding was adequate rather than luxurious. I especially appreciated that the mattress was encased to guard against bedbugs. Knowing management takes prevention seriously was reassuring as a traveler.

A convenient stop on our way south, and we had a pleasant night here. The room was spacious, the staff were friendly, and the coffee and breakfast were phenomenal. We noticed there was an indoor pool, though we didn’t use it. Our room had a faint smell, but everything seemed clean, so it was okay. For the price, it’s hard to do better.

The location was spot on, just off I-81 and a short drive from lots of options. Staff were great and the room was good, though I thought the price was a bit steep. Then again, isn’t everything expensive now? One tip, shower soon after leaving the pool because the chlorine level will cook you. :D

Late pool hours were much appreciated, and Sandy and Ian at the front desk were amazing. They went well beyond what was needed to accommodate us and made the experience great for my family.

The hot breakfast was good, the shower pressure was amazing, and the pool was a relaxing spot. The lobby felt welcoming, and our room was clean and comfortable. Ian at the front desk was incredibly nice and made arrival easy. Being right off Hwy 81 made this a perfect stop for us. We had no complaints.
