Brand-new and clean, with nothing out of the ordinary. Breakfast was limited, but that was okay. No complaints.

Kosar and Ted helped sort out my Expedia mix-ups, and Kosar got my two rooms close together. They were spacious, with a full fridge and dishwasher, and would work well for a night or a few days. Things could have gone wrong in a lot of ways, but the staff handled each one. Clair and Britney deserve a shout-out too. They made a horrible situation pleasant, not just bearable. I may never have a reason to return, but if I’m in the area again, I know where I’ll book. Five-star hotels should envy this service. Ten stars if I could.

The living room furniture seemed dated and wasn’t comfortable.

We only needed somewhere to sleep without inconveniencing family or friends, and this was a very good budget stay. Check-in was easy, and the room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. We didn’t have time for the TV, kitchenette, or gym, and skipped the grab-and-go breakfast because we already planned to eat elsewhere. I’m from Harrisonburg, born and raised, and it’s wild how much the area has changed since I moved away five years ago. The hotel seemed really new, from the smell to how spotless it was. We chose this location because it was central to our plans to see friends and family. It’s about two miles from I-81, close enough to be convenient but not right off the highway, which would have meant more traffic noise and college parties. There are two EV chargers in the lot. We’re thinking about bringing our Tesla next time, though I hope someone posts charging stats before we decide. Laundry facilities are available, and there’s a small self-checkout convenience store by the front desk. I’d drive to the nearest gas station for a third of the price, but the store is useful if you don’t want to leave. The hospital is less than a mile away, across the lot and intersection, if you have an emergency or are doing short-term contract work there.
