I own several rental properties in Hartsville and come into town to check on them, staying at the Hampton Inn each time. Chrissy checked me in, and her friendliness and helpfulness stood out right away. Once I was settled, she texted to ask if I needed anything. I also noticed improvements, including how clean the dining area was. The breakfast tasted good, too. I’d give them five stars.

Breakfast was good, with bacon, boiled eggs, omelets, waffles, whole and almond milk, yogurt, bagels, muffins, fruit, and juice. The property is updated, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff are courteous and helpful. The location is convenient.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, and a good breakfast made for a great stay. The hotel is in a great location and has an outdoor pool. If you’re in this area, do yourself a favor and stay here.

They didn’t tell me there would be a pet fee, then charged me $84 for it. Communication and customer service were horrible.

We chose this place over a motel right off I-95. It added about 10 minutes to the drive, but the little area and town were cute and quiet. Renovations were underway on 4/25/25, and we still got a good night’s sleep. Breakfast was included, with omelets, sausage, waffles, and other items. All in all, a nice quiet spot.
