We looked over the room after arriving very late and found that nothing worked. The TV, fridge, bed lights, and phone were all out of service. The front desk said they’d been unplugged to save money. I tried plugging them in, but the cords were sticky and the items still didn’t work. The sheets were dirty, the bathroom was nasty, and my husband and son were killing roaches. We left at daylight. We’d booked four nights and I’ve asked several times for a refund for the remaining three, but they refuse. I’m a reasonable person, but the hotel was disgusting and not helpful or accommodating. I’d sleep in my car if I stayed here. I’m giving it one star because the site won’t let me post without stars. The competition where we ended up staying said they delete negative reviews, which would explain why all the reviews for this place were positive.

Got a room through super, but when we showed up, he said they didn’t have one for us and that we’d need to ask for a refund. He didn’t even check anything. I had to ring the bell three times before he acknowledged me. I’m exhausted.

Everything was dirty, the tub was awful, and there were roaches all over. We should’ve gotten our money back for killing most of them. Worst place ever. I’ll never stay here again, and if you’re thinking about booking, don’t!

The bed had bedbug larvae, and there were big red stains on both the mattress pad and mattress. The room and bathrooms were filthy. When we asked for a refund, the front desk clerk screamed at us and was very rude. I’d give no stars if the review form allowed it. This place needs to be reported to the state or county agency that handles health inspections.

The room had no working lights except in the bathroom. The TV and telephone were out too, and the person at the front desk wasn’t helpful at all. This motel clearly needs work. Do your research before staying here, or better yet, don’t.
