The farm store is worth a look, and the soups are especially good. Meals come family style, with plenty of food, and Lukans has its menu down pat. You know what to expect every time.

The food was excellent, and Maddie kept checking that we had enough of everything. We started with appetizers, then shared the main course and sides, with a good dessert to finish. We came to Lukan’s Farm Resort for fried chicken night with family, our first visit, and left wanting to return. The grounds are beautiful, with a big pool, basketball court, and fire pits. We didn’t stay overnight, though plenty of the other diners were guests. It seems to draw both locals and people who travel a long way, like we did.

A really cozy place to get into the holiday mood. You can choose your own Christmas tree, sit by the fire, and have some hot chocolate. The staff are super friendly, and it feels family friendly too. Worth a visit this season! 🎄

The turkey lunch at Lukans tasted just like Thanksgiving. They brought everything out family style: soup and salad, light and dark turkey, stuffing, peas, mashed potatoes with gravy, and apple pie à la mode for dessert. I’d happily eat there again.
