The worst part was finding an old pair of socks under the chair. Knowing they were there while we slept was disgusting. I also found stains across the mattress pad and protector, though the sheets on top were clean. I work as a General Manager at a Best Western plus in Missouri and usually stay at this Best Western when I visit stl, so I know the routine and often gather towels and sheets to help housekeeping. I was told I should have mentioned the stains at check-in, but you couldn't see them without stripping the bed, and I shouldn't have to do that as soon as I arrive. They were also out of complimentary toothbrushes, and I had to ask twice for fresh face towels. Those took about 40 minutes to arrive. This visit left me very displeased, and I'm not sure I'll return to this location.

We chose this location because it welcomes pets, and getting on and off I-270 was easy. The staff were friendly at check-in, in the breakfast area, and when we checked out. Our room was clean, and when we found it lacked soap, shampoo, and extra toilet paper, the front desk associate brought them promptly. The accommodations were nice and clean, and breakfast was good, though the selection was limited.

Deidra at the front desk was kind, professional, and provided excellent service. I work as an aircraft mechanic contractor and have stayed here several times. The rooms have always been clean, free of odors, and stocked with essentials like soap, shampoo, and a clothes bag. My first stay was quiet, though on another visit the upstairs neighbors were loud. My only complaint is that I want room service when I don't have my card on the door. Thanks, I'll be back!
