The rooms aren’t fancy, but they’re clean and felt safe, which worked well for my golf buddies on our way to Myrtle Beach. Manny and his team were friendly and accommodating. Prices are fair, especially if you book directly with the front desk. They’re busy, but they’ll take good care of you. Last year was our first stay, on the way back. This year we’ll stay here on the way down and back.

The front desk staff were polite and kind. We planned on three nights but had to leave a day early, and I was surprised and very happy to get a refund for that night. The room was a little vintage but very clean, smelled fresh, and I didn’t see a single bug. It was comfortable, the AC worked great, and the area was quiet.

We stayed a few months ago. The place is a little run down, but it was fairly clean. The rating would be higher if management had followed through about mailing us a ring we left behind. It was an inexpensive ring, but sentimental, and leaving it was our mistake. They confirmed they had it and said they’d send it, but despite several calls and our offer to pay shipping, it’s still just empty promises.

We had a great stay. The room was very clean, the staff were friendly, and the place is near both restaurants and downtown.

It’s an older, single-story motel beside a small strip mall. It’s been updated and is nicely maintained, and the place was clean and quiet. Breakfast was limited to cereal, milk, and Danish, with no protein.
