2/10
I’ve stayed in hundreds of hotels, and I’ve never felt so disrespected or unwelcome. Even trying to talk to management at checkout went nowhere. I could see the manager chatting behind the desk, but was told he was unavailable, and nobody seemed to care about my concerns. Every interaction with staff during the stay felt like a struggle. Small problems can be fixed, but making guests feel invisible is harder to forgive. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.
2/10
The man at reception was rude, unfriendly, and negligent. We also believe the hotel violated ADA laws. Do not stay here.
2/10
I had problems with the front office and asked for a refund. The police got involved, and I didn’t even stay in the room for an hour. I’d never book a room there again.
2/10
I’ve never had service this bad. The receptionist was mean, rude, and the most incompetent person I’ve met.
8/10
There were plenty of outlets around the room, and it had clearly been renovated recently. It was very clean, and the staff were helpful and friendly. The bedding could be better, though, the sheets and blanket were sparse and thin, and the pillows weren’t great.
