The facilities were clean and up to date, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and knew a lot about things to do around town. Helen is easy to get around from here, with convenient access to everything. I highly recommend it.

Lily at the front desk checked me in and was wonderful, very courteous and professional. Thank you, Lily. She’s a real asset to the property.

The girls who checked me in were really friendly. As for the place, “Quality” feels more like a Motel 6. I’ve stayed in worse, but if I hadn’t arrived close to 1 am, I would’ve looked somewhere else.

We had a wonderful Monday-to-Thursday stay in the suite right by the pool, with lots of our extended family, including cousins, in other rooms. The kids had a great time swimming, and everyone got to hang out together. Other families were on the deck beside the pool too, and people had a good time together. Us older folks enjoyed ourselves as well.
