Mountain Inn and Suites Airport

The room was spotless, and everyone at reception was welcoming and accommodating. We chose Mountain Inn & Suites for its easy three-minute drive to Advent Hospital before a 5:30 AM surgery. Breakfast had plenty of fresh choices, including waffles you make yourself. It was a pleasant stay, and we’re glad we found this little inn.

This place feels like my home away from home, so I’ll go out of my way to stay here. I’ve come back many times over the years, once for nearly a month, another time for a week, and on a few shorter visits. It’s especially convenient when someone you love is in the hospital up the road.

We were here while family was in the hospital, and the location made it easy to get there quickly. The rates are fantastic, the room was clean, the beds comfortable, and the staff so friendly. I’d definitely stay again, whether for a leisure trip or when something brings me back to the area. 10/10, I recommend it.

I travel for work and have stayed in thousands of rooms, but this is the best hotel in the country as far as I’m concerned. I’m picky and usually note every hair, burn, smell, bit of noise, or imperfection. Here, I had no notes at all. Spotless, no dust or cobwebs, and my window looked out on the woods. It’s quiet, tucked into the mountains, and the staff are extremely nice and welcoming. They leave a sweet note with the room cleaner’s name and mints, and even the laundry bags are big enough to use. The location is perfect, and the price is hard to beat. They don’t allow local guests, which I think helps explain why the place isn’t wrecked like other hotels around here. If you don’t have pets or smoke, and pay by credit card, they don’t hold a deposit. That’s convenient, since you don’t have to watch your bank account for a week waiting for it back. They also let me check in 30 minutes early. I’ve stayed at several area hotels and wouldn’t recommend the others. I don’t spend money on five-star hotels, but this one is a gem. Come visit next time you’re nearby!
