The little touches really stood out to me. The lobby market menu was displayed in a holder with a bit of extra care, instead of just taped to the counter, and the chairs were covered in beautiful, luxurious material. Whoever decorated has great taste. The hotel was beautiful, clean, well kept, and smelled amazing. The staff and owners were kind and made me feel important. I stay in hotels nearly every night of the year, and this one made me very happy.

The service was friendly and efficient, and my room was clean and comfortable. I loved my stay and found the location convenient. The breakfast cost it a star, though. Something seems to be going on with Best Western Hotel breakfasts: of the four I’ve had lately, two had the usual nice breakfast, while two were more like one-star hotel quality.

The staff really seemed to care about guests, and the attention to detail made a difference. The front desk was warm and professional from check-in through check-out, and everyone made me feel welcome. My room was spotless, well equipped, and very comfortable. That bed felt like a cloud. Breakfast was included, with plenty of fresh food that stayed well stocked. I also appreciated having a fitness center and free Wi-Fi that worked smoothly. I’ll stay at Best Western again and would recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and good service.
