The staff made the place feel welcoming from the moment we arrived, and the hotel was clearly well looked after. The lobby was clean and lovely, and our room was spotless and comfortable. I was in town for work and family time, and the location worked well for both. We were close to the Hershey attractions, but it was quiet enough for me to get work done. The Wi-Fi handled my video calls without a glitch. Breakfast had lots of choices, and having coffee and tea available all day was a real treat. I loved our stay.

The common areas and lobby were welcoming and well kept, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable, though some parts felt a little dated. There were a few delays in getting a response, but nothing major. Getting around was easy thanks to the convenient location, good access by car, and plenty of parking. It was good value for a short stay, and I'd consider coming back.

Breakfast had plenty to choose from, and the buffet was delicious. The coffee available around the clock was a big plus too. Our room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed, and the hotel felt quiet and relaxing. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and helpful. We had a great stay at Best Western Hershey and would happily return.

I was surprised to find gluten-free bagels and muffins among the breakfast choices. I've stayed at around five hotels this year for travel and hadn't seen that before. Check-in at the last minute was easy and affordable, the staff were friendly, and our room was clean. We were very happy with our stay at Best Western.

Jessica was working the second shift during a chaotic cheer competition weekend, and she handled it so well on her own. She was kind and helpful even though she looked overwhelmed. We had a great stay, and she was amazing.
