InTown Suites Extended Stay High Point

The rooms are nice and the price is good, but the location is awful. Drug activity around there is out of control, and people were hanging around in the parking lot. Even workers at nearby stores told me it was a terrible area. There’s often dog crap in the hallway and trash scattered outside. The fridge quit working and my food spoiled. Be careful to park fully inside the white lines, because they’ll tow your car if it crosses or even touches a line. I also heard that a dead man was found in a room after he’d been there for days.

The room was clean and looked nice, and the staff were friendly when I checked in. They even let me see the room before running my payment. Shops and places to eat are within walking distance, which is a great location. I’ll definitely come back.

The rooms are clean and decent, with a feel more like a one-bedroom apartment. The location works well for shopping and, in my case, getting to work. The staff are nice, too. If you’re going through a hard time, it could be a place to stay while you get back on your feet.

The property has had a few managers, but William is doing a wonderful job as the current one. He’s attentive and friendly while still professional and thorough. Most of the rooms have been renovated or updated.
