The Hilton app worked smoothly for checking in, choosing our room, and getting the key. My boyfriend and I stayed here at the start and end of our Oregon coast trip. Our king bed was really comfortable, the place was clean and updated, and everyone was friendly. I’d definitely recommend it.

The Hampton Inn next door treated us kindly and made things easy, so we booked there again for later in the week. Before that, I had reserved the Embassy Suites, expecting an accessible room and a pool for my elderly mother. The room was tiny, and the pool was closed without any notice during booking. My mother was visiting to spend time with her great-grandchildren and was very upset.

Charging for parking when you're outside the city seems unreasonable. The teams staying there were extremely loud, and at breakfast a staff member was disruptive, talking loudly and sitting on the counter. That didn't seem professional. It was a disappointing stay, and I wouldn't choose this hotel again.

A clean, spacious room and a decent price. Breakfast had a good range of hot and cold options.

The staff were excellent, and breakfast had a nice variety. The rooms were clean, the beds really comfortable, and I loved the pillows.
