Erin was always extremely kind and helpful. The location is really convenient, and the rooms are spacious and functional, though they weren’t very clean. Service was better than I expected, considering the cleaning was irregular and poor, and the pool and grill were unavailable from time to time.

We’d just checked in, and after traveling across the country all day, we didn’t have it in us to find somewhere else. The room was small and dirty, with wall stains and pet odors. Someone had stuffed used-looking tissues back into the box, and we certainly weren’t going to use them. The furniture, cabinets, and carpet are long overdue for attention, and the exterior siding is under construction right now. I worked in several management roles at Marriott years ago, so I can’t understand them putting their name on a place in this condition. Don’t be fooled by the Marriott name, there don’t seem to be any quality checks here.

The front desk staff were wonderful, helpful, concerned, and ready to clean when needed or suggest options. But the carpet was so dirty our socks got filthy right away, and the cleaning staff seemed to handle only the visible areas. Under the bathroom towel bars and ADA shower bars, along the kitchen counter edges, and in other hidden spots, it was dirty. Our ADA room also wasn’t laid out well for someone with a disability. The refrigerator was in a corner with its door opening the wrong way, so it couldn’t be opened from a walker or wheelchair. Maybe another room would have worked better.

The breakfast was really tasty, and we had a wonderful room. The team here is absolutely wonderful and goes above and beyond. Thank you!
