Sleep Inn & Suites Hiram - Atlanta Northwest

I get nervous and anxious staying somewhere unfamiliar, and after a long day, later in the evening, my husband encouraged me to go in and check out sleep inn. The lobby looked clean and nice. Vince was there smiling and ready to help. I told him about my anxiety, and we suggested he show me some rooms so I could see if I'd feel okay. Je was kind, patient, and accommodating, ready to help without being pushy. I decided to stay, and it was great. The rooms were nice, with a good bed, and breakfast was nice too. We even got 10% off dinner at a nearby restaurant just for staying there. Vince made all the difference. My daughter lives in Hiram, we visit often, and we'll be back.

I love staying here. The staff remember my name and treat me like I'm at a Ritz Carlton. They keep putting money into the hotel and upgrading different areas of the property. It's well run and well managed, and Vince is a superstar!

We had a good stay last night, and it was pretty clean, which is the most important thing for me since I can't sleep otherwise. Vince was the best part, though. He goes out of his way to help everybody with anything. Whenever I passed him, he had a big smile, waved, and asked if everything was good. If you see this, Vince, thanks for being awesome! 👍🙌😊

I just checked in and so far I'm pretty pleased with the king room. I paid a hundred dollars, about the going rate for a standard room, though it kills me that hotels charge so much when you can't even be in the room for 24 hours. Vince checked me in quickly and was really helpful. Every hotel should have one of him at the front desk. I was surprised I didn't have to pay the fifty dollar incidental deposit other hotels charge. I haven't smelled marijuana anywhere, which is a relief because it makes me really nauseous and I'm sensitive to the smell. I haven't seen one roach, and the place doesn't look like it's falling apart. The detergent they use makes the pillows smell chemical, though, and the TV would be better positioned with different furniture.
