Brenda at the front desk really went out of her way to sort out my reservation, even after realizing I was the one at fault. The room was a good size and very clean. I work in a hotel myself, and I wish we offered the kind of service she gave me.

We needed several different rooms for our guys, and Sariah was patient through all the back and forth. She was great. Thanks again, Sariah!

We checked in late today, and Sariah was especially helpful. Great service from her, and we’d be happy to stay here again.

The second room we were moved to had bed bugs, after the first one had carpet beetles on the pillows, bed, and floor, plus dark hairs all over the sheets. We left late that night to find another hotel. My daughter had several bites, and the next day I had to wash all our clothes in hot water at a laundromat, hoping we hadn’t brought any bugs home. They refused to refund either night, including the one we didn’t stay. Disgusting, and I’m furious they charged us for a stay like that.

The room was comfortable, with a nice bed and pillows, and the water pressure was good and hot. The rooms are very nice, especially since the place has just been remodeled. Denny's is close enough to walk to.
