The location and views at 333 River Street are hard to beat, and the front desk staff have been so friendly and helpful. Maintenance also took care of a few requested fixes quickly. My husband and I had a good experience from the initial tour through moving in and settling down. Elvina, our leasing agent, was kind, informative, and accommodating with our questions and requests. She even arranged for us to visit before move-in so we could take measurements. Coordinating the move was easy, too. We’d definitely recommend the building.

We’re glad to be settling into this community. The location and views are tough to beat, and the apartments and amenity spaces are kept clean. The 333 River Street staff and management were very helpful throughout our move. They respond to inquiries and keep us informed about maintenance schedules.

We’ve been here for more than three years and are very happy. The desk is reliable, and I want to thank Dante and Andres. We really don’t have complaints. The one exception was the change to the yearly amenities rule, since it was a one-time fee when we moved in. Still, it’s a great building.
