I paid the weekly rate, which was a flat $289 at the time. It's a nice little hotel, and my room was clean and pleasant. The housekeeper is there most days, always polite, and happy to get you what you need. Fresh linens and toiletries were kept coming. The manager was nice and polite every time, too.

The rooms are roomy, with walk-in closets, and they have nightly and weekly rates. Lisa at the front desk made my stay delightful with her personality. It may not be top shelf, though. For the customer service I'd give it four stars, but the hotel itself would probably get about three from me.

The room was comfortable and clean, with clean linens and no bugs. I was surprised after reading some of the bad reviews. The owner was super friendly and accommodating, and the service was excellent. It's no Hilton, but I felt comfy, and the price was reasonable. I'd absolutely stay again and recommend it.

The neighborhood felt poor, and I didn't feel safe there. The room was filthy, with little bedbugs and gnats crawling all over us from head to toe as soon as we looked around. We couldn't stay, but they refused to refund our money. The owner wouldn't even go into his own room to check when we tried to show him the bugs. The woman was rude and disrespectful, cursed at my boyfriend, and accused us of breaking things. When they wouldn't return our money, they disconnected the phone line. It all felt sketchy and absolutely disgusting. The price seemed nice, but it wasn't worth it. This place should go out of business. There was absolutely no customer service.

In my three stays, everything was bad except for the people renting the rooms. I met some cool people in Daytona, but the customer service was SH.T. Staff were rude and forced people to do things. The shower in 201 was no good, the hot water didn't work, the pressure was bad, and the TV wouldn't turn on. I also left a few things there and couldn't get staff to help find them. I know they can do better.
