We could walk to the beach, and the location was great, but the street was loud. The listing mentioned beach rentals, though everything was sold out and chairs cost $25 each. Our family of five stayed in the apartment. They offered to bring in an extra bed, but getting towels was a struggle. The rooms were clean, but the area felt lower income, and we had to cover the bathroom window because the blinds didn't block it. On the third day, they wouldn't clean the room when we asked. There were no utensils or cookware in the kitchen. It wasn't really an Airbnb, but it wasn't a hotel either, just somewhere to sleep. The listing made it sound like other pools were close, but our complex didn't have a pool and we never saw the others. For the price, I wouldn't recommend it.

A good choice for a budget stay near the beach. Breakfast was fine for getting the day started, just basic toast, eggs, and spreads, so don't expect a huge buffet. We would stay again and recommend Hollywood hotels in general. The hotel is across the street, which is the main downside, though traffic wasn't busy early in the morning or later in the evening. If you can, book directly instead of through a third party.

It wasn't a pleasant stay. The AC smelled moldy, and without curtains over the windows, light came in and every passing vehicle was easy to hear. The toilet seat was smaller than the toilet.

The place was filthy, with mold in the shower and old towels. There was no central air, just loud window units, and the old windows let in every sound from outside. The exterior doors looked unsafe. They don't give refunds, so I ended up staying one night. I left before checkout and didn't sleep at all. A waste of money, beware.
