The building is kept up well and managed well. It’s one of my favorite spots in Waikiki. Rentals have to be for at least 30 days, but a unit with a clear ocean view should be easy to rent out. If you can afford it, I’d buy one, and I can help with that.

It’s in a quiet part of Waikiki, with the beach and restaurants just a short walk away, about a block and a half. The views are what make this place special: Diamond head is straight ahead with no buildings blocking it, along with the Gold Coast and ocean. Even locals seem surprised by the outlook. Feels like a hidden gem.
