The rooftop infinity pool and spa were a treat, especially since you can reserve private times to use them. I'd suggest choosing a higher floor for a better view. Our suite was super clean, and the staff went well beyond what we expected. We had a wonderful time, and this is truly one of the best hotels we've stayed at. The experience felt on par with Ritz Carlton Hong Kong, Marina Bay Sands Singapore, and Montage Kapalua Bay.

This place is a noise gem. Forget trying to relax with the view or get some sleep here. Maybe it's not the hotel's fault, but the noise is unbearable.

We spent seven nights here, and the stay exceeded what we expected. The room felt luxurious and had every amenity we could need. From our balcony, we could see Waikiki, the iconic big banyan tree, and the hula show on the Hula Mound stage right across from the hotel. The top-floor pool was amazing, too. Being able to reserve it for private family use felt special. The people made the trip, especially Anna and Wesley. My parents, who are in their mid-80s, had a 15-hour flight delay because of weather in Korea. Anna went out of her way to keep them comfortable and cared for until they could leave. Without her, their last day in Hawaii might have been stressful and disappointing. She and the team saved the day and helped give us wonderful memories. Wesley made breakfast a great start each morning. He was attentive, kind, professional, and made sure our requests were taken care of. The staff overall were warm and friendly, and the location couldn't be beat. In my 50 years, this is the best hotel I've ever stayed at. I'd recommend it to anyone visiting Hawaii, you won't regret it. Thank you to the team for making the stay unforgettable!

You can cook for yourself in the fully equipped kitchen, or request grocery shopping before you arrive. There's also food within walking distance since the hotel is in the city. If you'd rather have someone cook, I believe a private chef can be booked for about 250 per person. We booked through America Express and got extra perks. We had our own floor, amazing views, and a personal jacuzzi. The rooftop pool needs to be reserved, but then it's just for your party for 90 minutes. The rooms were amazing and high tech, with speakers in the bathroom and kitchen that let you play music at the touch of a button. From booking until we headed home, we felt well looked after. They kept in touch and let us know when our room was ready. It was definitely worth the money. I'd highly recommend it and will be back.
