We arrived at the Hope location around midnight, and the room looked nice at first. In the morning I found a bug in the bed, killed it, and it left blood on the white comforter. The bathroom was gross: red dirt all over the white towels, a dirty bathtub, and an open ceiling. The place looks like it’s been remodeled, but it badly needs better housekeeping and an exterminator.

I found it really restful here. The location is quiet and uncrowded, a good place to stop before Texas or recover after a long drive. You can get a full night's rest, which is hard to find near busy highways. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well kept. I didn't try any restaurants nearby, so I can't say much about those, but for a peaceful night's stay, it worked very well.

The outside looks a little dated, but everything was very clean. I had no issues with the bed, bathroom, or location. When we had a small problem with the toilet, the proprietor was kind and helpful, and fixed it quickly. RedRoof welcomes pets without an extra charge.

For an overnight work trip, this was a great value. It's an older place, but the amenities were nice, the staff were friendly, and the bed was really comfortable.

We paid $70 for the night and asked to see the room before handing over the money. It was clean and suited our short stay, but the gap under the door bothered me, so I blocked it with towels. The walls were thin enough that we heard a phone ringing through Messenger next door and thought it was our own phone.
