We only stayed one night while passing through, but the room had what we needed: it was clean, the bed and pillows were comfortable, and there were plenty of towels. We also needed to do laundry after a week on the road, and that was possible here. The staff were amazing and the location is great. With small kitchens for cooking, this is the sort of hotel where you could stay for a few days. I’d definitely recommend it.

I can’t speak to the rooms because I didn’t stay here, but the service was excellent. I’d left the Courtyard down the street and stupidly driven off with the hatch of my rental car open. I heard a thump, stopped, and realized my suitcase had fallen out. By the time I turned back, it was gone. We asked at the nearest hotel, Candlewood, whether anyone had brought it in, but they hadn’t heard anything. Then, at the airport, I got a call from a woman at Candlewood around 4:30 p.m. on Monday. Someone who found my bag had called them asking if anyone had lost luggage. The staff member went beyond that, contacting other area hotels for someone who’d just checked out, getting my name and number from the Courtyard, and calling me. I got my suitcase back just in time for my flight.

We found small ants on the third floor even though we had no food in the room. The rooms themselves were nice, but when I told the front desk, they said it’s difficult to control cleanliness among other guests because this is a long-term stay hotel and they don’t clean rooms every day. They gave us ant traps and spray. Unreal!

Awful. Don’t stay here if you want to be treated with respect. The woman with glasses at the front desk canceled our reservation because we asked for an explanation and written proof of the charge. She then called local customers “burdens,” called us poor, and called the authorities on us.
