We know what to expect at these older timeshares and will definitely return. The location is convenient for downtown, restaurants, shopping, and the main highway. The area outside our unit was clean, and the pools and other outdoor areas were clean too. We sat in the clean, peaceful lobby for a while. The main hotel hot tub was nice, though not hot, just warmer than lukewarm. The sauna was tolerable, not overly hot. We’ve stayed in the units behind the hotel a few times. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, and the place was cozy enough for what we needed, though definitely outdated. Bring anything needed for cooking. A few basic items are there, but bring enough to be sure, including coffee. There were a couple of laundry pods, a couple of dishwasher pods, and some dish soap, though the bottle was almost empty. Cleaning could’ve been better: cobwebs on the walls and ceiling, dirty ceiling fans inside and out, counters that needed wiping, tiny fingerprints all over the patio door, and cabinets that needed cleaning inside. The TV in the main bedroom didn’t work, though the living room and other room TVs did. The shower and tub in the other room were hard to adjust to the right temperature, with the water turning off and on. The jacuzzi was also less than expected. We had to find the sweet spot to make the water turn off and get the temperature right. The wall unit worked for the jacuzzi, but not the controls on the jacuzzi itself. There was carpet in the bathroom.

We couldn’t find a frying pan in the room, so I bought one to make breakfast. When I tried to check in early, the lady said no, not until 4pm. Otherwise, it was clean and very nice. The workman did a good job, the outside was clean, and the kids loved the sand play set. We’d come back for our timeshare.

You can select 2 rooms when inside, and it costs $108.78 per night. The bed was a little comfy, and if you choose the one with a couch, that’s comfy too. Four stars overall. Just be aware the grill behind them is very expensive.

We’ve always had a good time here, and my family has owned a timeshare at this property since before I was born. The kids love the sand play grounds and pool, and it’s a short drive to all the fun Hot Springs has to offer. There’s also a nice, very large dock if you have a boat. The suites are a great size and the beds are always comfortable. I do wish they’d update the rooms more, though. The carpets need replacing and some fixtures should be updated. Otherwise, we enjoy coming here.
