The place looked nice, but the experience was terrible from check-in onward. We waited 30 minutes in line, then spent another 45 minutes getting checked in. Our cards were overcharged, and we still haven't received the money back as promised. We'll contact guest relations about the whole experience. Only one of the four elevators was working when we checked in, and the last one still working broke at checkout. We were on the fifth floor with toddlers and a newborn. I understand it's an old hotel, and the elevator electrical problems alone would've been manageable if the rest of the stay hadn't been so bad. The TVs didn't work properly: sometimes there was sound but no picture, and other times a picture with no sound. The coffee maker was broken, so we had to borrow one from another room. The windows on the one elevator that worked were disgusting, as were the entry doors, where you could barely see out. I'm greatly disappointed. Worst experience ever!

We got a good deal, three nights for 338 dollars, and the location right off the freeway was convenient without being loud inside. There were cameras all over the parking lot, so we felt safe leaving our car there. Our room was spacious, and we were able to bring our two cats. For the price, the place has potential and was worth three stars. But the room wasn't very clean and felt old and run down. They need to check on the cleaning staff, and the hotel needs serious updates and cleaning. Given the cleanliness issues, we wouldn't return.

We had to leave before breakfast was served, but the staff went out of their way to put together a quick breakfast to go for my group. Everyone was very nice. The hotel has a beautiful layout, and my room was spacious, quiet, and clean. The bed felt like a cloud, and I slept deeply all night.

Samantha, the group sales representative, worked with me to make sure our family had the accommodations and meeting spaces we needed. We held our family reunion at the Crowne Plaza Suites and thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The staff hospitality, cleanliness, food, and accommodations were all superb. The breakfast buffet had a good variety, and the made-to-order omelets were delicious. I don't usually enjoy hotel food, but Chef Joey's banquet meal was beyond delicious. Our banquet room got a little warm with 82 people and temperatures over 100 degrees outside, but engineering responded quickly and took extra steps to make us more comfortable. The sleeping rooms were spacious and nicely decorated, with central air conditioning and comfortable beds. There was plenty of space downstairs to sit and relax with family and friends. I'll definitely choose Crowne Plaza Suites again.

The room was clean and nice, and the staff were friendly. Breakfast was good. A few things to know: the balcony is very small, and even if breakfast is included, you need a valture from the front desk. You don't seat yourself, and you may feel obligated to tip your waiter. The hotel also charges a $50 "room deposit" in addition to the room cost and holds it for 48 hours after you leave.
