The chef was amazing. He took his work seriously, checked that everyone was all right and enjoying the meal, and told us to go ahead with breakfast while he sorted out the mix-up. We had paid extra for the hot breakfast, but when we arrived they asked for a breakfast card we'd never been given at check-in, where we only got a key. I was told to wait with my plate in front of everyone while staff checked our room number with the front desk. It took about five minutes, and no one apologized once the mistake was clear. The rooms were elegant and clean, and it was very quiet, which suited a light sleeper like me. But the front desk staff were unfriendly and didn't smile, and the breakfast incident left me embarrassed. I like the hotel, but I won't return after that.

Disgusting, easily the worst hotel stay I've ever had, even compared with a Motel 6. The lobby at check-in was the only part that looked decent. From the start, they didn't have the room we booked, so our family of two adults and three kids was moved into a one-bed room instead of the two we needed. The walls and carpets were dusty and marked up in the rooms and hallways, and roaches kept appearing. I didn't feel safe using the fridge or microwave. There was a musty smell throughout, and it seemed to get worse on higher floors. The continental breakfast looked unappetizing and had few choices, with no protein. We'd booked for a month because of my husband's work travel, but six days in, the location was foreclosed and we had to leave. After this experience, I'll never stay at another Wyndham.

There's a continental breakfast every morning, and the staff are attentive and quick to deal with problems. The price is reasonable, and it's close to a shopping mall and just about any kind of restaurant you could want. Uber arrives promptly if you don't want to drive. This place checks all my boxes.

Customer service was excellent, and everything else was fine, but we couldn't enjoy our first time using a Jacuzzi because it wasn't working. We were told there would be one, and I tried to call ahead to confirm, but got no answer, callback, or message. If the Jacuzzi is advertised, it needs to be fixed.

In six years of booking hotels in the US, this was the worst one I've had. Check-in took painfully long, even though I'd checked in online ahead of time. Over my three-day stay, nobody cleaned the room. The AC kept getting clogged each night and stopped working completely. Breakfast was poor, the reception area was noisy, and the Wi-Fi didn't reach my room. I had to go to the breakfast area or walk ten minutes to the college for a signal. One elevator was damaged, and the other wasn't working properly. The carpet smelled strongly unpleasant even after I used air freshener. If you want somewhere clean and quiet, I'd avoid this place. It really needs new management. I
